Overview
RepForce.ai supports outbound call campaigns where your AI automatically calls leads or customers — ideal for sales, collections, and engagement.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote offers, qualify leads, and set appointments.
- Collections & Reminders: Handle overdue payments or booking reminders.
- Customer Follow-ups: Run surveys or post-purchase satisfaction calls.
Key Components
- Lead List: A list of phone numbers and associated data (name, tags, variables).
- Campaign: Controls scheduling, retry logic, and concurrency.
- AI Assistant: Handles live conversations based on your configured script.
- Caller ID: Choose a dedicated or verified number shown to recipients.
Creating a Campaign
- Go to Outbound → Campaigns in your dashboard.
- Click Create Campaign and name it descriptively.
- Select an AI Assistant and assign a number or number pool.
- Define schedule, time zone, and max concurrency.
- Import your leads via CSV, Google Sheets, or CRM integration.
- Save and activate your campaign.
Retry Logic
- Max Retries: Set 1–5 attempts for unanswered calls (default: 3).
- Retry Interval: Choose between 10–4320 minutes (default: 60).
- Retry Until Goal: Continue until call objective is reached.
Voicemail Detection
RepForce.ai automatically detects voicemail or answering machines and ends calls early to preserve minutes and maintain professionalism.
- Saves time and cost per minute.
- Prevents partial or awkward voicemail drops.
- Triggers automated retries later if configured.
Sales Script Tips
- Treat your AI prompt as if you’re training your best human rep.
- Be explicit: tone, style, and objective matter.
- Define how to greet, pitch, handle objections, and close.
- Include “what to avoid” for clarity.

Mass & Parallel Dialing
- Upload thousands of leads for automated outreach.
- Run multiple concurrent calls (set via Concurrency).

- Limit each number to 50–70 calls per day to avoid spam flags.
