Automations & Integrations

Connect RepForce.ai to your stack with no-code workflows, webhooks, the REST API, and SIP/PBX telephony integrations.

Overview of Automate Platform

No-Code Workflows

RepForce.ai includes an internal automation engine (similar to Zapier/Make) to build flows — no coding required.

Example Flow
Trigger: Call Ended → Actions: Send Slack notification with outcomes + transcript, update CRM, add spreadsheet row.

For in-depth guides and advanced features, see the dedicated docs: Automate Platform Documentation.

Key Concepts

  • Triggers: Events in RepForce.ai (e.g., Call Ended, Inbound Call, Context Injection) or from external apps (e.g., new lead from Facebook/GoHighLevel).
  • Actions: Steps that run in response (e.g., send Slack/Email, write to Sheets/CRM, trigger another workflow).

Set Up a Workflow

  1. Dashboard → AutomationAutomate Platform.
  2. Click Create Workflow.
  3. Pick a Trigger and add one or more Actions.
  4. Test the flow and review Logs to monitor runs.

Webhook & REST API

Webhooks

Push real-time events to your systems (e.g., call.ended). Configure your webhook URL in Assistant/Campaign settings or within Automate workflows.

  • When to Use: Trigger external actions the moment something happens in RepForce.ai.
  • Payloads: Typically include call ID, transcript/recording URL (if enabled), outcomes, and collected variables.

REST API

  • Core Functions: Create/update leads, manage campaigns, fetch call data.
  • Auth & Limits: API tokens; respect rate limits.
  • Docs: https://repforce.ai/api-docs
Use Cases
• CRM Sync: On each new/ended call, post data to your CRM.
• Custom Dashboards: Pull call data into your BI tools.
(Keep tokens secure and test against your dev endpoints.)

Phone System Integrations (SIP / PBX)

SIP Trunks

Connect your existing PBX/VoIP via SIP. Share SIP credentials (server, username, password) and DIDs or extensions; we configure a trunk internally.

  • Inbound: AI can answer calls routed from your PBX.
  • Outbound: Place calls using your existing number ranges.
  • Extensions: If your PBX prefers extensions over full DIDs, we can route accordingly.

Caller ID Forwarding / Conditional Hand-off

If your PBX handles initial routing, you can pass calls to RepForce.ai only under specific conditions (e.g., after hours, overflow, menu options).

  • Preserve existing IVR and queues.
  • Send selected calls to the AI for handling.
  • Return transfers back to agents when needed.

Hybrid Models

Keep humans on PBX during business hours; route after-hours or overflow to AI. Blend AI scale with your agent workflows.

Things to Note

  • SIP may require firewall rules or IP allowlisting.
  • Carrier/PBX charges still apply, plus RepForce.ai usage fees.
  • Validate CLI/CNAM requirements in your regions.
