Pricing & Payments

  • Billing may be per minute/message/transfer/seat or subscription.
  • Third-party processors (e.g., Stripe); fees are generally non-refundable unless stated in writing.
  • Taxes/surcharges may apply; late/unpaid balances can lead to suspension.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive communications.
  • No contacting without required consent; respect DNC and quiet-hour rules.
  • No reselling without written approval; no attempts to bypass carrier safeguards.

Numbers, Porting & Reputation

  • Numbers are supplied via upstream providers and can be reclaimed if required.
  • You’re responsible for reputation hygiene, registration/vetting fees, and locality alignment.
  • We cannot guarantee specific caller-ID branding outcomes on every carrier/device.

Integrations & Third-Party Services

  • We interoperate with CRMs, carriers, payment processors, etc.
  • Third-party terms apply; we’re not responsible for third-party outages or data handling.

Beta & Fair Use

  • Beta/Labs features are “as-is” and may change.
  • We may apply fair-use controls (CPS/CC caps, throttles) to protect networks.

Disclaimers & Liability

  • Service is provided “as is / as available”.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.

Indemnification

  • You indemnify Repforce.ai for claims arising from your data, campaigns, or legal/policy violations.

Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend/terminate for non-payment, abuse, or non-compliance.
  • Upon termination, usage rights cease; survival clauses remain.

Governing Law

  • Florida law; venue in Miami-Dade County courts (see Terms for precise language).

Non-Compliance Policy & BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier)

We ship a full, carrier-grade telephony stack out of the box. If your traffic is flagged as non-compliant, we’ll help you remediate. If issues persist, you’ll be required to connect your own carrier—while continuing to use Repforce.ai for orchestration.

Default: Fully Managed Telephony

  • Numbers, registration/vetting assist, STIR/SHAKEN, CNAM, pacing controls.
  • DNC suppression support, consent/opt-out automation, audit logs.
  • Reputation hygiene guidance and remediation workflows.

If Flagged as Non-Compliant

  • We may pause specific numbers/campaigns while we investigate.
  • We’ll request evidence (consent, scripts, samples, DNC logs) and propose fixes.
  • Persistent or material violations: you must connect your own carrier/telephony to continue.

BYOC Options We Support

  • SIP trunks with major carriers; A2P 10DLC via your own brand/campaign IDs.
  • Custom CPS/CC per trunk; your own reputation/labeling remediation.
  • We remain your AI/outreach layer—dashboards, agents, logs, consent tooling continue to work.

We support DNC integrations and internal suppression. Customers must maintain relevant DNC subscriptions and ensure valid exemptions.
How do you reduce “Spam-Likely” labels?
STIR/SHAKEN, CNAM/branded calling where possible, careful CPS/CC pacing, quality data, compliant scripts, number pooling, and timely remediation.
What’s your default data retention?
24 months for contact, call/SMS logs, and recordings. Earlier deletion available upon verified request, subject to legal holds.
