Number Provisioning
Get phone numbers for any country, manage rentals, and connect your own PBX/VoIP via SIP trunks.
Supported Countries & Availability
Phone Number Availability
RepForce.ai can provide phone numbers in virtually any country. There are two ways to get a number:
- Instant Provisioning: Available directly in the dashboard for regions like the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, most Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and many more. Go to Phone Numbers and choose a country.
- Custom Provisioning: If a country isn’t listed, we’ll provision it for you. Tell us the country, quantity, and use case; we handle the carrier process.
Documentation Requirements
Requirements vary by country:
- Standard Regions: Often just account verification.
- Regulated Regions: May require business registration, local address, industry licenses, or other compliance documents.
We’ll guide you on exactly what’s needed for your case.
Provisioning Timelines
- Instant Provisioning: Immediate from the dropdown.
- Custom Provisioning: Typically 1–3 business days depending on local regulations and document verification.
Managing Your Numbers

SIP Trunking Overview
What is SIP Trunking?
SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) integration connects your existing phone numbers and PBX/VoIP to RepForce.ai. Think of it as a bridge: keep your current provider and numbers while using our AI assistants.
- Use your existing DIDs and carrier plans.
- Make and receive calls through your setup, with AI handling conversations.
- Lower telecom costs by leveraging local VoIP providers’ rates.
How It Works
- Inbound: Your PBX routes calls to RepForce.ai for the AI to answer.
- Outbound: AI places calls using your numbers (CLI/CNAM per carrier settings).
- Management: You still manage numbers with your carrier; we handle the AI side.
Integration Options
1) PBX Extension Integration
Give our platform an extension on your PBX—simple and perfect for pilots or routing specific queues to AI.
- Provide: extension number, username/password, PBX server (e.g.,
pbx.yourcompany.com). - Example: Create extension 102 for AI. Calls to 102 route to the assistant; AI can call out as 102.
2) Direct Number Integration
Route one or more specific phone numbers to RepForce.ai—ideal for dedicated sales/support lines.
- Provide: DID(s), SIP credentials, and your SIP proxy/address.
- Use when you want entire numbers (not just extensions) handled by AI.
Notes & Best Practices
- You may need firewall rules or IP allowlisting for SIP signaling/RTP media.
- Carrier/PBX fees still apply alongside RepForce.ai usage.
- Validate regional rules for CLI/CNAM and call recording before going live.
